Layaway Terms and Conditions

Interest Free Layaway Policy
NetSkate has a variety of layaway options for orders of $100 or more. Layaways must be paid in full within 8 weeks. Our layaway options include 8 weekly payments, 4 bi-weekly payments or 2 monthly payments. If you wish to place an online order with the layaway option, simply select the desired option in the shopping cart or ask for the option when ordering via telephone. The Service fee for all layaway contacts is $10 and is non-refundable. Layaway is only available for U.S. customers.

Payment Options
If you are paying by credit card or debit card, your order total will be divided into equal payments based on the layaway option and will be billed automatically. If you have a special request for the billing day, please indicate that in the comments section of the order form. Otherwise, the payments will be billed equally based on the day the order is placed and the layaway option selected. Your purchase will be shipped once the final payment has been made.

If you are paying by money order divide your order total by the layaway term (8, 4, or 2) and write the money order out to NetSkate, Inc. Send the payments to the address below.

If payments are not received within 15 days of the due date, the layaway will be cancelled.

If you have a special circumstance in which a payment cannot be made, we will delay the payment one time for up to one pay period, but the payment must be made up with the next payment. If the payment policy is not met or you decide to cancel your layaway purchase, your order is subject to the following cancellation penalties.

Layaway Cancellation Policy
For all layaway plans, the cancellation fee is 10% of the original order total.

Layaway Return Policy
Our 10 day return policy applies to layaway orders and the following restocking fees apply.

For all layaway plans, the restocking fee is 20% of the original order total.

Legal Disclaimer
After your first payment, an email will be sent to the billing email address specified in your order each time your credit card is billed or if the charge is rejected. It is your responsibility to make sure that you are able to receive emails from us and to update your email address with us if it changes. If you are unable to receive your emails, you must notify us so that we can contact you with any problems in billing your credit card.
